We are pleased to report that the programme is being maintained and that motivation remains
high as the project progresses towards the beginning of phase 2.
We are finalising formal arrangement to accept phase one works from G2 project solutions.
The blockwork to the main frame is now complete and the planks have now been placed.
We are preparing the site for the initial wall panels of the timber frame to be delivered
within the next two weeks.
The masons are completing the final elements of stone work to balcony's at level -2 and -1.
Snagging inspections on the lower two floors are complete and a CCTV survey of the new drainage
testing has been undertaken.
