We are pleased to report that the project is still maintaining programme and there is a real sense
of purpose on site to drive towards practical completion on 30th September 2009.
All the retaining walls are complete to level 0 and shutters are struck and removed from site.
The remaining two slabs on level 1 are poured, all planks are grouted and cavities formed in the
slabs. This enables the blockwork to be marked out in readiness for the bricklayers to begin.
Stone work has progressed very well and is now 95% complete. The front parapets need to be topped
off at Level -2 where the stone work terminates and blockwork and render take over.
Bricklayers are progressing with the blockwork on apartment 7 and stone work to the East elevation
gable end. The ground work around the site has been stoned to make the site safer in lieu of the
increased activity associated with the upper levels.
