Generally:
After just over a year of hard work and dedication we are delighted that Oceanpoint is now
practically complete! We have had an average workforce of 25 tradesmen working for 11 subcontractors and
no accidents or incidents and an excellent morale throughout the development period. Premier Guarantee and
Building Control Certificates of Completion have been issued for all the apartments. The soft landscaping
is establishing well and the purchasers are now moving in and enjoying the Oceanpoint experience.
