External Progress:
Timber groynes dividing the duplex apartments are now installed complete with timber stairs,
as are the terrace paving areas. The balcony finishes are now installed to the duplex apartments
complete with glazed screens, as are the tri-folding doors.
Soft landscaping has been planted and is establishing well in the wet conditions of this August!
The roadside perimeter and entrance of the development is now formed and the temporary hoarding
is removed. The roadside boundary walls are complete and incorporating the development name plate.
The building envelope is complete with only the front entrance canopies and main entrance door
to be completed.
Internal Progress:
Finishing fix works are now well underway in apartments 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.
Snagging of near completed apartments is now underway. Ceramic tiling and the fixing of sanitary
ware is also in hand in these apartments.
Communal areas are nearing completion at level -2 and -1 and level 0 will be plastered next week.
Works for next week:
- Mains electrical power to all apartments will be connected on Monday
- Completion of level 0 balconies
- Removal of site offices and welfare facilities and replacement with wheeled units
- Completion of acoustic and air tightness testing
- Satellite installation
