Since 2003 Coast Group have been developing two such projects in the South West; Oceanpoint at
Saunton Sands, North Devon, providing 16 luxurious holiday apartments and Gara Rock near Salcombe,
South Devon, providing a 14 bedroom lifestyle hotel and 14 holiday apartments and 5 cottages.

heating and ventilation and we always seek to maximise the use of locally sourced materials
and modern building techniques.
Marketing & PR: our locations are world class and we strive to replicate this standard in all
our activities including PR and marketing. Coast Group Sales offer a personal service to each
and every enquirer and will always listen to your needs. We believe in giving early investors
maximum choice over specification items from start to finish.
Decision Making - there is a clear line of responsibility and you can be sure that we always do
